I love the Grammatical Keyboard. So subtle, and yet so true.
Love the green wallpaper and the CMOS style guide.
There’s a quotation I am particularly fond of that I would love to have as desktop wallpaper: “No passion in the world is equal to the passion to alter someone else’s draft.” – H.G. Wells
As a writer/editor, I am far too frequently prey to this passion. Over the years, however, I have learned that being a completely stickler on the grammar issue is pointless. There are situations (more than a few) where the grammar is secondary to the meaning.
I love the Wanted Edited or Alive wallpaper. The only reason I didn’t download it is that I find that anything but a monochrome (medium blue) wallpaper kills my eyes.
Grammatical Tweets is my favorite, although a wallpaper with the Wells quote would give it a run for its money.
I like the blue or Grey wallpaper it looks more professional…. Thanks
Good way to spread awareness about grammar
I think I wrote about this a couple of times in the past, so again, it would be great to receive your post about this important holiday ( :) a few days in advance. Could it be sent in 2014 on March 1 or so? I posted to my Facebook page!
Love the light blue wallpaper!
I like the “Wanted – edited or alive” poster mainly because
of its usefulness.
I think getting people -including learners- to write and submit something can sometimes be a daunting task. Armed with this poster on the wall, the message need not be repeated.
